Your Edit tools include a color palette, but it’s not easy to find unless you know where to look. Here’s what the edit toolbar looks like when the toolbar toggle is not activated.

1. The toggle toolbar is pretty clearly identified there by the two red squares. Activating the toggle reveals a second row of tools, including the color palette.
2. Any text you select can be converted to whatever color you choose.
