Withdrawal after the regular Drop/Add period can be done with your professor’s signature on the Course Withdrawal Form to verify your last date of attendance.
The period for Regular Withdrawal during the FA 19 session is SEP 17–OCT 28.
Don’t wait until October 28 to start looking for your professor’s signature.
Submit the completed form to the Registrar’s Office.
