    They’re the new craze for blind people. Blind society is moving on from using braille on the wall–an obstacle blind people simply still have trouble locating–and are moving towards using their feet to comprehend the language. Studies predict 80% of all cities in America will have implemented this new technology by 2050. We call it FEET BRAILLE.

    I think they’re for blind or disabled people to know where the actual crosswalk is rather than blindly crossing the street
